Swimwear versatile enough to be worn at the beach OR as an outfit piece? Yes please!
Its no secret that I've always had a serious obsession for swimwear. One of my design dreams was to have my own line which is why I'm so proud to introduce you to a close friend who is living my dream...and killing it!
Say hello to Estuaries. Estuaries is the collaboration of sister duo Zhu Ru and Layla Chen. Raised in Hawaii, Zhu Ru and Layla grew up with the ocean as their backyard. The Estuaries line is their statement on swimwear for the modern woman, focused on taking traditional ideas of swimwear and adapting them to a culture of self-expression and city living. Modern, minimalist and chic, their collections offer pieces that can be worn for beach or urban sunbathing. The gorgeous Costa one-piece doubles as a sleek body suit (hello Beyonce), perfect for a night out paired with fitted or flared pants.
The two-piece Ore suit (recently featured in Vogue Korea) is another gem that has great cutout details and can be worn under a t-shirt. Each piece is smartly designed with refined details to contour a woman's silhouette, creating an urban-cool look that is perfect for layering from day into the night.

Summer doesn't have to end when you can wear these pieces on and off the beach ... which is exactly what I'm going to do in Mexico for our upcoming holiday vacation!
